The Buffalo Bills and Highmark Stadium’s foodservice partner, Delaware North, have announced a new specialty menu item for the game against their longtime AFC East rival: “Squish the Fish Tuna Nachos.” This unique dish features fresh bluefin tuna, fried wontons, mango, green onions, sriracha aioli and furikake spice, all atop a bed of tortilla chips.
“We’ve sourced bluefin tuna straight from the Atlantic to ensure the freshest, most sustainable ingredients,” said Michael Reilly, Delaware North’s general manager at Highmark Stadium. “These nachos are a must-try for fans looking to embrace the ‘Squish the Fish’ spirit.”
Available for a limited time in the Miller Lite Brew Pub near Gates 4 and 5, all proceeds from Squish the Fish Tuna Nachos sales will benefit the Buffalo Bills Foundation, supporting organizations dedicated to improving quality of life in the region.
