Not only can they enjoy delivery to their door in as little as 20 minutes, but they can now also earn Advantage Card points on their purchases, meaning that they can treat themselves later too.
“We know that many customers value the convenience offered by on-demand delivery and that health, baby and personal care essentials top the list of products ordered. However, we are also seeing an uptick in sales of beauty and last-minute gifts, and expect to see that increase in the run up to Mother’s Day later this month.”
Suzy McClintock, VP of New Verticals at Deliveroo said: “Boots Advantage Cards have been helping people unlock great value on vital health, wellness and beauty products for years so we are excited to bring this benefit to our platform, enhancing our growing retail offer and enabling our customers to make the most of every order.”
Alex Troughton, Uber Eats RGM of Grocery and Retail for EMEA and UK said: “At Uber Eats, we’re always looking for ways to bring more convenience to our customers, and this partnership is another great step in making essential health and beauty products more accessible. Whether it’s cold and flu medication, baby essentials, or a last-minute gift, customers can now get what they need delivered in minutes through Uber Eats—and earn Boots Advantage Card points while they do it."
To link Deliveroo and Uber Eats with Boots Advantage Card accounts, members will need to add the loyalty card number in the associated delivery service app before finalising their order. Customers will earn one point for every £1 spent at Boots when shopping via Deliveroo and Uber Eats.
