Six ISSA member companies have been included in Newsweek’s list of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Mental Wellbeing 2024.
Newsweek partnered with data researcher Plant-A to compile the inaugural list of the top 750 U.S. employers making a positive difference in the mental wellness of their workers. The index is based on an assessment of public data, feedback from human resources executives, and large-scale confidential online surveys. A subsequent research phase conducted with business data specialist PrivCo examined seven key performance indicators related to mental well-being, including a range of corporate mental health programs and social media ratings of work-life balance.
Newsweek included the following ISSA member companies in its 2024 list:
- Compass Group
- Henkel North America, parent company of Dial Professional
- Home Depot Inc., parent company of Home Depot Pro
- Janitronics
- Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL)
- Newell Brands, parent company of Rubbermaid Commercial Products (RCP).
