LOS ANGELES , December 27, 2023 (press release) –

Japan-based Nikke has merged two of its subsidiaries, Ambic Corp. and Fujicor Inc., to create a new company, F&A Nonwovens.

The merged company is an integrated manufacturer of nonwoven fabrics and felts to supply products to a range of sectors, including environmental, automotive and office automation.

F&A Nonwovens currently produces 7,000 tons of nonwovens per year from recycled fiber with plans to add 3,600 tons per year by March 2025, mainly for automotive acoustic insulation.
